Life coaching for neurodivergent women

I help neurodivergent women design lives that truly fit them — not the mould society pushes them into.

As an autistic ADHD coach, I combine lived experience, compassion, and practical tools to help you work with your brain, not against it. My approach is flexible and client-led, designed to meet you where you are — whether that’s rebuilding confidence, managing overwhelm, or finding balance in daily life.

Coaching includes:
Free 30-minute discovery call
1:1 sessions (recommended 6, but flexible)
Pocket coaching between sessions via WhatsApp & voice notes
Access to a supportive community of neurodivergent women

Sliding scale pricing available to make coaching accessible.

My story

Hey, I’m Amber!

I am an ADHD Autistic coach and my mission is to empower neurodivergent women to embrace their strengths, honor their needs, and create a life that feels aligned and achievable. Through client-centered coaching and a strong sense of community, I guide women to shift from self-judgment to self-trust, build systems that work for their unique minds, and move toward their goals with confidence and support.
